No.
our Service is intended for use from homes and small businesses. Service is denied to large business with PBX system with info digit of (20). In other words Martel network denies access to all PBX that are configured correctly with info digit (20). You should get the message "You are not authorized to use the service" when calling from a PBX. Visit

Our billing is based on one-minute increments. For example 2 minutes and 40 seconds call will be billed as 3 minutes call.

No. The first, the second, the third minute...etc. all cost the same.
In other words there is no connection fee.

Most likely you have "collect call block" which prevent us from
sending you a bill. Remove collect call block on your line by calling your local phone
company and instructing them to do so. After the block is removed you should have access
to 1 (888) 7000-400. If the problem continues after collect call block removal call our
customer service toll free at
